Submission Instructions
Please note that we had to change the CVWW 2023 template. You can find the correct template at the link below (CEURART template).
Authors should take into account that all papers must be written in English and submitted in PDF format.
Submissions will be rejected without review if they:
- Do not contain 5 to 8 pages
- Violate the double-blind policy
- Violate the formatting instructions in a significant way
The author kit provides a CVWW 2023 CEURART LaTeX template for submissions, and an example paper to demonstrate the format. Please refer to this example for detailed formatting instructions. If you intend to use something other than LaTeX to prepare your paper (e.g. MS Word), you have to ensure that your paper looks as expected by yourself.
You can also use the Overleaf link to the current template.
Instructions and Policies
- The allowed paper length is 5 to 8 pages excluding references.
- Double blind review: CVWW 2023 reviewing is double blind: authors do not know the names of the reviewers of their papers, and reviewers do not know the names of the authors. Also remember to avoid information that may identify the authors during the review process. Leave the acknowledgements for the camera-ready version (e.g. co-workers and grant IDs).
- Dual submission: The papers are expected to present novel work. Accepted papers will be published in the workshop proceedings. Authors will have the opportunity to submit out-of-proceedings paper so that no restrictions on submitting the work to other conferences and journals is imposed.
- The titles of papers should all use the emphasizing capitalized style.
Invited Presentation (Student Papers)
A special category is the out-of-proceedings papers. Such papers will receive feedback from experts and based on the feedback they can be accepted as (student) invited talks. Out-of-proceedings papers will not appear on the internet or in the proceedings. Consequently, there will be no restrictions on submitting the work elsewhere.
Paper submission
To submit a paper, register to the CMT submission system and upload a PDF of your paper there (https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/CVWW2023/)
Submission of a paper involves a commitment that, if accepted, one or more authors will attend the workshop.
Camera Ready Instructions
